Based in Minnesota, Ginger will focus on:

• Engaging landowners to identify new site opportunities nationwide, with a special emphasis on Minnesota and the broader Midwest.
• Prospecting, engaging, and closing with new investors for utility-scale wind, solar, and BESS projects across the country.
• Supporting the development, construction, and commercialization of ongoing projects.
• Leveraging innovative technologies, including AI, to enhance RedWind’s efficiency and set us apart in the industry.
